Staff Team
The DMRP Staff Team is responsible for upholding community standards, enforcing rules, and assisting players with issues or concerns. Staff members serve as the frontline support for both new and existing players, ensuring fair gameplay and promoting a respectful RP environment. They are trained to de-escalate conflicts, investigate reports, and represent the server’s core values with integrity and professionalism.

The DMRP Board of Directors, also known as the Community Advisory Team (CAT), serves as an independent advisory group positioned between Staff and Management. Their mission is to promote transparency, inclusion, and community-driven growth. This team provides a safe, unbiased space for members to raise concerns, offer feedback, and suggest improvements—ensuring every voice is heard without fear of retaliation.
While the BOD does not hold administrative power, its members play a critical role in shaping server direction through weekly community discussions, feedback collection, and conflict mediation. The team is made up of:
Community Advisor (Chairperson): Leads the team, aligns decisions with server goals, and acts as the liaison with senior leadership.
Conflict Specialists: Neutral mediators who resolve disputes fairly and professionally.
Feedback Coordinators: Strategists who collect, analyze, and present feedback to inform leadership decisions.
By prioritizing impartiality, transparency, and collaboration, the Board of Directors ensures DMRP evolves in line with the needs and values of its community.

Management Team
The DMRP Management Team oversees the strategic direction and operational health of the community. They support department leaders, manage internal systems, and drive initiatives that promote growth, development, and structure across the server. Management also acts as mentors to staff, ensures accountability within leadership, and facilitates consistent communication between departments and the community.
How to Join! Must reach the rank of Admin to be offered a position in management.

The DFOTF is an elite, Founder-appointed advisory group focused exclusively on long-term financial strategy, operational resilience, and competitive sustainability for DMRP. Operating behind the scenes with no moderation or administrative powers, the Task Force provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations directly to the Founder.
Key responsibilities include optimizing revenue streams, assessing investment opportunities, identifying operational risks, and monitoring RP ecosystem trends. DFOTF members are trusted advisors—not enforcers—working to ensure DMRP remains financially viable, operationally prepared. All activities are confidential, high-level, and grounded in evidence-based planning.
